I am always puzzled by the casual way many businesses choose an IT vendor. It seems that many people choose someone strictly by price or because they are a relative of someone in the company. Sometimes its just a quick glance at the phone book. As an IT vendor, this company will have unrestricted access to all of your companies secrets. When you think about it, you are handing over the keys to the kingdom. This deserves some thought and plenty of face time to decide on. I have a few suggestions to those of you who are looking to have someone manage your IT needs.
